Detail Of The Closing Process ![]() (Tamuning, GUAM) – If there's anything brokers and Realtors can't get enough of, it's time. Time to open escrow on more properties. Time to consult more prospects. Time to close more deals. And with countless phone calls, instant messages, texts and email updates swirling amongst brokers, Realtors, loan officers, and title and escrow professionals, we all know that staying on top of the closing process can burn up time like there's no tomorrow! Understanding the predicament all too well, Security Title, the largest title insurance & escrow company in the U.S. Territory of Guam, announces the launch of ClosingTracker, a 24-hour online title and escrow status updater designed to save hours of tracking the individual components of the closing process by placing the latest information online at a single website. “ClosingTracker brings the whole closing process down to one simple, user-friendly platform that's constantly updated and can be viewed anytime, day or night – the same, exact new information for all parties,” says Kim Anderson Young, President, Security Title, Inc. “With demand for Guam real estate compounding daily as homebuilders and commercial developers scramble to buy and construct – and as lenders, brokers and Realtors stay on top of the transaction game, there's no time like now to have a time-saving device like ClosingTracker at your fingertips to tell you exactly where you're at with your deal, with the optimized comfort of knowing that everybody's on the same page! There's nothing else like ClosingTracker on Guam!” says Ron Young, Secretary/Treasurer, Security Title, Inc. Through its exclusive arrangement with ClosingTracker, Security Title now offers its clients instant, anywhere, anytime access to the information they need to place new orders online, view up-to-the-minute status updates, and download closing and title documents. ClosingTracker also keeps all parties connected to their escrows with current transaction status updates, automatic email notification, and viewable, printable, sharable documents. Closing and title documents are available for download as soon as they're complete. “The idea is to eliminate the routine phone calls and have more time for selling and closing. Perhaps the best part of all is that closings stay on schedule,” says Kim Anderson Young. “After all, that's ultimately what the market wants. And what the market wants, we always try to deliver.” Security Title, Inc. ( 671)647-8100 |

Young had been previously nominated for the 2006 Guam Businesswoman of the Year in the course of an impressive 20-plus-year career that began in 1979, upon her graduation from Alaska Business College in Anchorage. She obtained real estate sales and brokers licenses in Alaska and also has a real estate broker’s license in Maui, Hawaii. Upon her move to Saipan in 1987, Young started Blue Pacific Helicopters and sold it to Northwest Airlink before returning to the title and escrow business in 1989. In 1996, Young opened Security Title in Saipan. Young then moved to Guam with her family and, with the help of an SBA LowDoc loan through BankPacific, started Security Title, Inc. in Guam in 1999. As President, Young works closely with her husband, Ron Young, who also serves as the Board Secretary/Treasurer.
Young and Security Title are strongly committed to Guam’s community. Since 2005, Security Title has contributed up to 10% of yearly corporate profits to charitable organizations such as the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross and other organizations that support our island’s education and military population.
Young attributes the success of the company to the great staff that she works with on a daily basis, “while I am extremely honored to receive this prestigious award, I also realize that it could not have happened without all of the hard work and support from the Security Title staff in Guam and the C.N.M.I. This award is truly meant for all of us”.
